Screen printing is a method of decoration that uses a stencil type template in which a design is imposed on a screen of fine mesh and ink is then forced through open areas of the mesh onto the printing surface.  This method of decoration offers high quality print that can withstand years of wear and tear.  This decoration method is great for both medium to large quantity production runs.

Pricing for screen printing is based on the quantity of items being ordered, the garment color, the number of locations to be imprinted and the number of printed colors that the design calls for.  White and light colored garments are typically less expensive to produce based on the manufacturers dying process while dark garments are usually more expensive.  Another factor in pricing of screen printed goods is screen charges. Each color of the design requires it's own unique screen that is used to print a specific color on each garment.

Our current minimum order quantity for this printing method is typically 6 pieces with pricing based on number of colors in your design. Typical production time is approximately 10 working days, however rush service is available.  Please call a staff member today to discuss a custom price quote.
