Top Promotions is now offering Custom Apparel Order Forms!
This new feature is a very cost-effective way to provide your employees/teammates/friends with a variety apparel options, as well as a turn-key process for completing the order process.
Here's how it works:
- Top Promotions to work directly with you to select desired apparel items to feature on the order form (typically 1-6 items).
- Top Promotions creates a custom apparel order form featuring each item, a description, pricing, colors & sizes available.
- The form will be created in a .pdf format so it will be easy to forward the sheet via email.
- Employees can print the order form, select desired items and document the item(s) they are selecting in the space at the bottom of the sheet.
- After a period of time (typically 14-30 days), employees will be asked to submit all order forms to a designated point of contact before submitting to Top Promotions.
- Top Promotions will produce all desired garments within 10 working days and will ship them to each desired location.
- Top Promotions will bill your desired billing location after the order has been delivered. If your payment terms are COD, a 50% deposit is required at the time the order is placed and the balance to be collected upon order delivery.
- As often as you'd like, we will repeat the order form process using new or existing apparel choices.
